Good call, BP! Since I quit smoking 10 years ago, and got new teeth, and sat on my ass in front of a computer for 6 years, I am currently somewhere between "fat-ass" and "DAY-UM"!

I can't do running because of the war wound. But, swimming sounds good.

And relaxing as well. Oh yeah, and not eating every damned thing I see!
