Quite a good observation, I didn't even notice!

Bkrumme, did you play it much yet? Was it a noticeable problem? Either way I'm sure CS will have it back to you in no time

I played it for a couple hours and to be honest I didn't really notice anything except for what seemed to be an intonation issue. If the neck is really mis-aligned that would account for it sounding out of tune.

Let's let CS take care of it and I'll let you guys know when I get it back.

Hope I haven't tread on anyone's toes here, but I thought I would at least put it out there in case something was wrong.

Mesmerizing! It kind of reminds me of Star Trek's Orion Slave Girls that supposedly no one can resist.

I think what matters here is that I'm happy with the outcome. This is my guitar we're talking about and I'm 100% satisfied with the service I'm receiving.

Every company is gonna have 1 or 2 that slip by every now and then. EB isn't perfect. Neither is any company. EB's CS is top notch and they'll do what it takes to fix the problem.

Exactly my sentiments, Phil.

This is naturally the most important thing, and I'm glad that you are ok with the situation. And to correct things up, I have nothing against EBMM CS, on the contrary I've got nothing but great service from them. I'm just a bit surprised...

Well. Being surprised in this case is a good thing. That means it's not typical to see something like this.

If you weren't surprised, then I'd be worried :D

Yep, and I also would a bit disappointed if my new JP6 would have similar problems after almost four months of waiting. But I'm still confident that the setup and overall quality of my new axe is going to be top-notch :)
