I've never really been a fan of vBulletin, ESPECIALLY this 4.x version. It just looks.. ugly.
However, seeing as you guys already had vB(except it was v3.8) I didn't really expect you to migrate to something else. I am glad though that you decided to wait this long after the 4.x release, it was SOOO buggy before it was crazy. Now at least it only looks bad but still works well xD

Personally I'm just a much bigger fan of Invision Power Board. But I mean, it's just a discussion board so who cares! Good to see you guys updating the board nontheless! ^_^

The AME addon that supported embedded videos doesn't work yet on this version of vBulletin.

However vBulletin4 now has a button for embedding videos.
