ok... i knew it was subjective to what Slav said... and i love the HH from Dubaldos... but i've been keepin an eye on the BFR Als as well... man oh man...

The BFR AL is an amazing guitar (especially for the $ if it's Keith's) but, can you live with just single coils? There's something about the combination of the mahogany body, all RW neck, Axis pups and a 5-way pickup selector switch that makes these guitars so amazing and toneful!

Depends on what ya want, thats obvious I guess. I live 99% of the time with single coils so BFR AL for me over the HH, but the HH is one killer axe.

it's not Fings- i was going to pull the trigger on that one this afternoon but it's sold... i found someone who is willing to sell me one at the same price though... but before i found it i started looking at the HH AL and it's a toss up... i've played the last 15-20 years on singles and im just now starting to love humbuckers again... i sold a straggler guitar last night and it put me right in the market for being able to safely fund a guitar without blowing my vacation fund... i said when i bought my 2 silos that i wouldn't buy another guitar but i made the mistake of looking at Fings BFR over and over and over again... and it just looks soooo incredible...

I love the Al HH to death, can't go wrong there, but the BFR would be much more different from what you already have.
