I think a Rolls Burgundy (or similar) p/g would go nice.

That 'Classic' look.

Beaut of a bass, Rob.

Great looking bass. Tort would KILL on that.

I was thinking that too.....but just wanna play her for a while then think about that.

Besides not even sure where you could get hold of a tort guard for SR5 hs just yet...

Thanks for the compliments though.

Whats cool about the white guard though, is that its shows the slighty "off white" that is EBs white finish. I love how their white has a just a hint of cream color to it.

Yeah I was surprised how creamy it was...sort of a vintage white.

(perhaps an ice white or white pearl pg then...eventually)

pickguards.com have cream pearl

Baltic amber from pickguards.us would be nice.

Wow, great bass. That almost looks too creamy though. That White 2 band EQ that floated around here never looked like that in any pics I saw. I really think you need to tort that beyotch.

Congrats!

Super cool bass -- looks classic and yet modern. Any chance of your recording some sound clips -- would love to hear what it sounds like! I've heard some say the HS SR5s are "it".
