Can anyone tell me what is new for the left handed sufferers? It's been a while since I've been here. A friend came in from out of town, I ran out of gas, the bridge was out, LOCUST! Still have 11 EBMM lefty's in the stable.
Thanks!

Welcome back! Lefty Bongos are being discontinued, effective October 31. But since you already have four, you're probably OK on that front. Also no more Big Als or Reflex basses (righty or lefty) as of October 31.

Hey BP, good to hear from you. We moved to Texas a few years ago and I found work on a ranch as a pilot, I pile it here, pile it there. Then I got into the rodeo business, first as a rodeo clown. But that didn't work out so well, Mime seemed to fall on blind eyes with bulls. I switched to pissing off the bulls before they open the gate, but they seemed immune to fashion and political taunts. So I went back to music, playing piano honky-tonks. I've been there ever since.

I don't ever again want to be in any band that does not include Chuck.

Also, the Big Al is just a monster!

Rehearsing for something or other, Sept 2015.

Rumors abound that there will be not only vast platters of bacon and pancakes and bacon and bacon and bacon but also, if you know where to look, a pretty decent Bloody Mary station.

Seldom do we Knuckleheads get to play with other Knuckleheads, but I had this pleasure with Psycho Ward hisself just the other day. Oh, sure, some bands will rehearse and rehearse and they will reap those rewards, but we're not like that. We just hit the stage (a nice one, actually, with lots of room and sound people and whatnot) and say, for example, "Let's play 'Lyin Eyes' by the Eagles, but let's do it in a minor key and in waltz time" and we almost even pull it off. Or, "Let's play a Johnny Cash song, but put some Who and Hendrix and a nod to Steve Lukather in there" and we almost even do that, too.

I don't ever want to be in a band without Chuck Ward.

Hey just stopping in to see everyone, it's only been five years. I hope everyone is going great and playing these wonderful basses. Obviously I'm still alive, sorry if anyone was taking bets. I took Jewel out of the case the other day and played till my fingers hurt (10 minutes) and started missing y'all. I hope everyone is staying safe and I hope everyone has a great holiday season! I had a Christmas picture somewhere, probably a felony to share that now. Anyway, Love you all!

Welcome back Chuck! I think we are all sold on the Stingray Specials. There were a few made lefty that are available at Sweetwater. Just FYI.
