Very schweet.
Took the new Bongo C.Pearl 5HHp to rehearsal for the first time last night (it's a 10 piece funk band) to "rave reviews."
Amazing instruments, glad you got one.

The guys in my band are all older than me (47-60), so I'm sure they'll all get a kick out of the bright color and unique shape. They love the way my Stingrays fit in the mix, so I'm hoping to please 'em with this baby as well.

Regarding the convert bit....

Be patient. It will happen.

Looks like you have a tort pg on your desert gold. Did it come like that....pretty interesting look. I think I may keep what I have for now, but am thinking about the idea of an aged pearl.

I really like the orange colors on the bongo shape, some day I might have to get one.

Congratulations! Desert Gold rocks and I think the pickguard looks great with that color.
