Hi everybody,
I recently changed the pot and string in my OLD EB Mono Volume Pedal, and I have some probs with the instructions I found on the EB homepage:
1. If I wind the string as described and shown in the picture (around the brass pulley, starting from the "inside" or back of the pedal), the pot seems to be turned in the wrong direction when the pedal is operated.
2. If I wind the string around the brass pulley starting from the front side, the pedal won't stay in the "off" position. There seems to be too much pull on the spring that makes the pedal move. As a result I can not have the signal cut when I take my foot off the pedal.
If anyone can give me some hints I'd be really glad. Make it simple, I seem to be too stupid for this ;-)
Thanks and best regards,
Ingwing
