Luckily it was just a bass guitar!! ;)

Thank god it wasn't one of my Als or the EVH !!

The Bass ( a Yamaha) just shrugged it off and didn't even go out of tune!

It's so easily done - take care out there!!

Mojo indeed. Ive never really cared about damage to any of my guitars, and rarely has it ever happened. The only thing it really kills is resale value, but I guess its a good way in ensure it stays! The ding doesnt change the amazing neck and playability, which is most important.

At least you're not psychotic about the damage, which is a unusual treat around here:D The Luke neck is incredible and although I have yet to play a BFR, I know just how great of a guitar the Luke is.......thanks to Keith.

At least it's on the back. Fret not Rob, THIS kind of ding CAN be refinished... Just thank God it wasn't the top that was damaged... That would be a bit tough...:p

I guess you spoke to my neighnours! Lots of swearing at the time. These days I do have some decent perspective, in terms of things that can go wrong in general. A ding on a guitar is nothing.

Well Said my Friend I had something similar happen just a couple of days ago. I was really upset until I found out that one of my uncles had just separated from his wife and tried to comit suicide. Talk about perpective. Sorry don't mean to hijack the thread.
