I recently bought a set of titaniums for my 6 string bc rich and loved them. So i was naturally inclined to get a set for my ibanez 7 string, which is my baby. Anyways i looked online, knowing the limited supply of anything 7 string in a music store, and i found nothing. I found no 7 string sets even here on the ernie ball website, nor titanium singles....let alone .56 titanium single. I did how ever se that i could in theory buy a set of .12s, take the .56 which is intended for the low E and use it as my low B with an aditional set of .10s. I think thats ridiculous that i would have to buy 2 sets of strings to get what im looking for just because i prefer to play a 7 string. Ive got news for you, im not the only one whos enraged about this stupididty, I mean i can buy a .56 titanium in a pack, but not as a single? Thanks alot Ernie Ball you prick.

**imagine a middle finger here because im just returning the favor to ernie ball who flipped all of us 7 string players off first.**

Also anyone who plays or supports 7 string please voice your opinions and share your horror stories as well. Maybe after we tell ernie what he should already know, especially since he claims to have the best strings on the planet, maybe hell finally decide to sell some 7 string titanium sets, some titanium singles large enough for that 7th string, or both preferably.

And to any possible ernie ball employees who read this, im only this upset because of your company's arrogance on this particular subject. Once again i love the titanium strings, if i didn't i would waste the time to post this right? And i desire and deserve options to fit my needs as a 7 string guitarist and do not deserve to be segregated solely on the amount of strings i have. And if nothing is done about this situation i will switch from ernie ball to whatever string manufacturer makes titanium coated 7 strings sets before ernie ball decides to start making them. And from a business perspective, why wouldn't you want to appeal to a larger market? Let alone improve/establish customer satisfaction.

And as a reminder, I and ALL other 7 string guitarists are sick of this segregation and we ALL greatly respect those few companies that equally make products both for 6 and 7 string guitars alike.

Thank you all for your time,

John
A customer sick of being mistreated by the company hes been loyal to for over 10 years.

You People and your incessant Whining. We're Sorry that EB doesn't stop his production lines so he can make every whiney baby out there the exact set of strings or singles that you "Need" to have.

johnnysitarphil, you could have made your post constructive, and put your frustrations across without attacking people, and by doing so you are tactless, and corwardly calling Ernie Ball names when he's no longer with us!! (rest his soul) and with that statement, you are offending his son and grandsons who instead are here to read your prophanity? Better apologize before they press the red button on you.

First off, Mr. Ernie Ball has passed away and your attack (Maybe not to him directly, just the company name) is still tasteless and cowardly.

Frustrated? Fine. We get that. Your presentation is where you fell horribly short. Maybe if you used more tact you might get a better response.

Big Poppa owns Ernie Ball/Musicman and I am sure he did not go out of his very busy schedule to wonder who he could "screw over in the 7 string world". I just don't see him wasting his time thinking about how to piss off johnnysitarphil. Riculous for you to even think that.

Koogs will put this out to you.....**imagine a middle finger here because im just returning the favor to johnnysitarphil who flipped all of my friends off first.** X 2.

Here is a quarter that I will flip off a bridge....maybe you can troll back down there and learn some tact.

Johnny...IM sorry that you think that we are mistreating you.

Your words ... biased, shafted, enraged, stupidity, Ernie ball you prick, middle finger, flipped off, horror stories, companies arrogance, segregated?, mistreated?

Wow you know how to communicate....Im sure your idea of foreplay is great too. Lets now step back from calling my dead father names. You need to apologize. You crossed many lines but you dont get to disparage my father with my bandwidth. I have a feeling that you would not say these things to me or my sons face and if you did you would need a walker.

The other stuff is just amazing to me. We are going tpo make the sevenstring sets. Pissant. We cant keep up with the 6 string ones...we can barely keep up as it is and are running our factory 24 hours a day five days a week and 12 on saturday. We are maing more machines and working top solve the materials shortages.

Having said that seven string sets are a public service they sell a fraction of what we sell on the six string side. THe run batches are so small that with set up we lose money on them but we still make them and will make the coated ones very soon.

I now am going to hold off on them until you send me a certificate that shows you have successfully completed anger management courses and second grade tantrum counseling
