I don't agree. Never had that problem. I had a Strat once, and was ALWAYS hitting the pickup selector switch knocking out of the neck position (pretty much all I use) to the point that I had to turn the switch around so it was backwards and in the neck position when it was closest to the jack.

If you tend to strum close to the bridge, I can see your point. Yeah.

Some guitars are close to perfect with one thing individual players would change in a perfect world.
