Yes! Sammy (and Mike and Vic) are the nicest, coolest, classiest guys you could ever meet. My cousin used to be their guitar tech and when they came through our city, my brother and I went to the show-- and they all treated us like their own family.

I know it's trendy to dismiss "Van Hagar" era Van Halen, but 1986's "Van Halen: Live Without a Net" is one of the best concert videos I've ever seen.

Oh dude, you didn't have to do that. Now I feel bad. Haha. Everybody loves to get into a little Kirk vs Picard fray once in a while-- it's fun! It was obvious that what you said was a lighthearted joke-- maybe my tone seemed like I was offended or something, which I wasn't. I just wanted to relate my experience of Sammy Hagar being one of the nicest people I've ever met.

To bring it back to the topic of the EVH/Axis guitars.. that is a cool guitar ( though I can't comment on Canada itself, haha). It was the original Music Man EVH guitar that got me interested in EBMM guitars in the first place.

Don't be shy ... it's funny with Van Halen. You just ask "David or Sammy, who's the best ?" and you can be sure that you start a nuclear war ...

I'd kinda prefer it just with the EVH sig .. although this will be well outside my budget <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f923.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":ROFLMAO:" title="ROFL :ROFLMAO:" data-smilie="18"data-shortname=":ROFLMAO:" />

I wonder who did the graphic paintjob on this? Did EBMM do it? I don't recall seeing a lot of graphics jobs ever on EBMM guitars, but sometimes I'll see one here or there and I have an idea...

So Blues Saraceno plays EBMM guitars-- Usually an Albert Lee HH but sometimes others. I was watching some video interviews with him recently where he was telling some great stories about his career-- and I know that he's in a different phase of his career than when he made his first three guitar records as a kid, playing those plaid guitars; But some of us LOVED the look of those plaid guitars he had back in the day, but could never get one.

EBMM should get with Blues and release a limited BFR run of Plaid Albert Lee HH guitars. He probably wouldn't want to do it, but I'm just throwing it out there. It would be the coolest, most fun guitar ever, besides Mr. Horsepower of course. <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f642.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":)" title="Smile :)" data-smilie="1"data-shortname=":)" />
