One string is louder than the others in piezo mode

I never had a guitar with a piezo before. I was playing around with it today and it sounds awesome! However, I noticed that the A string is louder than the others. Not by a huge amount, but I can definitely hear it and see it on my volume meter. Is there anything that can be adjusted to fix that?

Hi, I had the same thing on a new piezo equipped guitar last year. I ended up sending it back in for service under warranty and EBMM took care of it. My other two piezo equipped guitars have been rock solid for years.

Curious, what guitar model do you have and did you get it new?

Is it a new guitar? If so, take it back from where you purchased it, it's covered under warranty. If not, contact EBMM customer service and see if they can help you at all.

Good luck, Glenn |B)
