One Trick Pony?

I have one exactly like this. I'm pretty sure it's designed to drive nails into wood. I've discovered it can also pull those nails back out. One time I used it to prop open a door. Another time, I killed a spider with it.

I tell you, it's a simple design, but the list of things one could do with such a thing grows ever longer.

If you are needing to 'bang something on a brick wall' - a potential alternative to this tool is the human head.

I suspect that is not a one trick pony also, although getting some people to accept MM basses aren't sometimes generates a similar feeling!

(it's like banging your head on a brick wall............... as my mum would have said)
