that'z after riding my BMW R90S m/c forth and back across the country, and after running With the famous CY-JO RACING TEAM for a couple of yearz, finishing 3rd A& 4th overall in '78 & '79 at the famous "ANNUAL 24 HOURS OF NELSON" THE 24 HOUR MOTORCYCLE ENDURANCE ROADRACE in Youngstown/Warren, Ohio every July, We rode in from Waterloo, Ontario ...that'z all after being raised in MUSKOKA, ONTARIO ..., CULTURAL GEOGRAPHY/HISTORY LESSON HERE, FIRST MET AND PLAYED HOCKEY AGAINST BOBBY ORR IN PARRY SOUND, MUSKOKA,ONTARIO, IN 1959 at the Muskoka/Parry Sound Annual,District Little League Hockey Playoffs ... I wuz 9 yrs young, and "Bobby, &{ The Parry Hootz, beat our behindz something horrible = approx 16-0, I'm not saying that Bobby and I are friendz, BUT, I KNEW HIM LONG BEFORE HE MADE DON CHERRY LOOK ANY GOOD AT ANYTHING!!!

hey five, tnx for this, One day, we'll dosome "benchracing" ... when I was in rehab 6 yrs ago, one evening after slop,
I saw a guy toodling his chair by my table, and I recognized him as one of my R1150S customers, turns out that he had a fall like me, and was asceart that he would never ride again ... funny thing, he was a "proven survivor", having already walked away from he and his daughter getting knocked off the bike one day up in the Cascades, by some cowboy swinging his horse trailer forth and back across all 2 lanes of road up in the "twisties", we got the emergency call to dispatch our rescue truck from Vancouver to scoop the wreck, and I 'm the guy who arranged the restoration at John Valk BMW Motorcycles /(now Vancouver BMW Ducati... Joe and his daughter were fine although "shaken up, the bike was a mess, but Beemerss are tough, and she cleaned up REAL GOOD
