Thanks all... and keep spreading the word! Dead Seven, know exactly where you are coming from... we have been crushed SO many times I'm 2'7"!!! Well aware of how the MI works... especially in the UK.
The beauty of this is, it raises our awareness to others who wouldn't normally listen to us (Beth for example, being 6000 miles away) and might keep an eye/ear out in the future. So, if we get one more convert for a little effort then it's worthwhile. Now..... if BP were to take a liking........ I'd have to borrow one of his shirts!!

Cool I'm not far from 2'7" naturally, so the crushing was brutally devastating! j/k, but wanted to share the experience in case you hadn't been in a contest like that before. They can mislead, which can be heartbreaking. That was our first, and I think it really damaged our singers ego for a couple of weeks

I am posting this bulletin on other forums so please excuse my formality if you do frequent the other places...

Thanks to all so far who have voted... we are fifth after only six hours of entry!!! This is exactly the kind of response we are looking for. However, for ALL of you to re-post somewhere else just raises our profile like you wouldn't believe!! That response would be very generous and VERY appreciated.
If you do re-post anywhere on behalf of us (and thank you for doing so) please stress about apathetic awareness..... ie, I won't vote because loads of others will. This is a vote wasted and could cost everything. Now you guys I know, are all for a collective cause and we are very grateful for all your help. A lot of bands in the UK got where they are today through this kind of awareness and networking.

If you don't mind I'm gonna bump this thread until the deadline as I know you'll all carry us though! Please don't moan because it's at the top most days... won't last forever, I promise. However, if this is deemed inappropriate by BP, Beth or anyone alse connected with EB, then please let me know and I apologise beforehand whilst I stop the bumps.

Be careful, when I was promoting the contest we were in, I was posting a bulletin at least every day with a link to the voting page and it eventually got picked up as spam and EVERY single one of my bulletins with a link in it got deleted. I wanted to make bass strings out of Toms arteries.....
