Yeah Jack, work for you, it's better that way, I have worked for me all my life, and it's great. The only Job I'd ever take is one at Ernie Ball, because it takes a TEAM to do it right and I think they Have a great Team, but other then that i work for me and I only do as many hours as i wish to and make more money to send to Michael Jackson estate . Job interview is over! I met with just one guy, the guy who'd be my boss. The interview was very laid back & informal, which I liked. He asked me a bunch of stuff, but none of the "what is your biggest strength/weakness" type of stuff. I asked him a few questions at the end, and I also asked him to show me firsthand what kind of work they do & what I'd be doing. He did that, and I can handle the job with no problem! When I got back to work, I sent him a thank-you e-mail.

Oh, and this guy is a drummer.
