It's ruined my entire summer so far! Research this, Google that! My laptop is now an appendage of my body! The deadline looms near!

It's the final hurdle of my graduate work and I'm tired :(

Thanks for listening.

There is no such thing as a deadline in graduate school. I turned my first thesis in a month after I walked.

I hope you enjoy the writing part. I know for some, it can be tough. 'Specially when your prof hands you back the latest with about every page covered in red.

Good luck!

My first advisor was the most frustrating. He insisted that everytime he handed me a marked up copy, I should be handing him a new revision. Didn't make much sense so I just ignored his instructions.

I know this isn't grad school, but I had to write a 50 page senior thesis for my BA in history on the West African, Charleston connection in 2 days on 6 sources and a week before I graduated and it was finished being graded the morning of rehearsal. Talk about the skin of your teeth. I did get a B for it.

Had an undergrad required thesis - definite deadline - no thesis = no diploma.

It's a ton of work, but it's a means to an end. Hang in there!! You can do it! Just keep picturing that degree on your wall..........:)

And that's the next issue. After the academics are out of the way, my school will not confer my degree and mail my diploma (we already had the ceremony) until the Navy and the VA pays all my tuition debts.:)
