We run through the above set - I nail everything except the last change in Basket Case - no one seems to notice.

Bravo! I typically FUBAR a lot in such situations.... in others too... but that's of no concern here... err... ahem... what was I saying?

We do "Dead Flowers" and I stop them mid-song because in one part I see the lead guitarist playing a 'C' and Mr. Singer who plays "some" guitar is playing an 'A'... No one else seemed to notice.

Because it's actually the proper way of playing it... it's a STONES song, remember? ;)

About the house: Cool, but beware of the expensive girls....

About the drummer: I've yet to play with one who can keep time like a machine...

im note quite sure what this 1,4,5 is u speak of, but basketcase i know ;)

just teasing buddy :)

im glad you had a pretty ossitive experience. from your writeup it sounds like you did great and that you brought the ball into your court. thats awesome. sounds like youve got some thinking to do but im stoked that youre approaching it from the "is this for me?" angle. very cool.

im sure you'll make the right decision for you. even if u decide their band's not for you, you can chalk up a point on the "had a good experience" side of the scoreboard.

rock on buddy!
