I'm gonna start the Purina Diet again. Although I probably shouldn't because I'd ended up in the hospital last time, but I'd lost 50 pounds before I awakened in an intensive care ward with tubes coming out of most of my orifices and IVs in both arms.

It's essentially a perfect diet and that the way that it works is to load your pants pockets with Purina nuggets and simply eat one or two every time you feel hungry and that the food is nutritionally complete so I'm going to try it again.

Yeah, but I didn't help things any by offering to get Jack a cup of coffee...getting his spirits up...before embarking on *what turned out to be* a futile search for a Rockstar at the local market...and coming back empty-handed on both items.

I mean, what kind of a market opens at 7 a.m., and doesn't serve coffee...?
