hi guys, my buddy Steve (MontyBillocks) had this in the shop on friday and i had to share this photo with you. [Steve was merely fixing the wiring, this is how this bass came from the factory]

Now, don't get me wrong, to each his own, but i just thought this was a rather creative way to get the wires from the nicely routed pick-up cavity back to the control cavity....

It's under the pickguard. So, no big deal.

But when they have still gone to the bother of routing out the electronics and pickup cavities, I would wander why they have not just routed the whole lot, and gone for the rather inefficient and time consuming version of drilling touching holes to make a channel
