Yeah...you know...I'm trying to go all EBMM. So, of course, man...I gas up at BP.:D Seriously, though, it's the closest gas station to where I live.

First post here, been lurking awhile, but back on topic....

I guess Toyota has a truck with SR5 in the name, so when I saw the letters on the side of the vehicle in traffic, I was confused for a second because why would they name a vehicle after a bass?

Haha, my toyata says SR5 on the side. It's an SUV though.
I carry my SR5 in my SR5:D

every time i fill up my tank i think "dammit - that's like 3 packs of stainless steal slinkys i coulda bought" :)

Or, everytime you buy 3 packs of Slinkys you could think "dammit - if I switched to flats I would save enough money on strings to buy another bass in a year or so" :D

My Dad worked for BP for many years, but even then I never bought their gas because I didn't like the way it performed. Eventually they bought Amoco and started using their fuels, which are far better.

Well that's a silly question. Obviously you underestimate the power of the SR5. Naming a truck after this fine piece of musical equipmant is only the beginning... in the near future, you'll find out that a building has been named The SR5 Building... soon after that, the NY Jets will be playing at SR5 Stadium... this trend will continue until the day that you are sending your great-grandchild a birthday card addressed to:

Kristopher the Fourth
589 Big Poppa Street
Sector II, Planet SR5
Milky Way Galaxy

I just realized I drive an SR5 and play an SR5. I wonder if I can get the one I drive painted Honeyburst ? Its probably cheaper to buy a matching silver SR5 bass.
