My brother in law gave me a dozen golf balls for ChrisChaKwaa, and I rediscovered a long-forgotten, really great exercise for finger dexterity that I thought I'd share.
Take two golf balls (or spheres of similar size...ping pong balls work too) and hold them in your hand, palm up. They'll naturally sit side-by-side. Now swap them, left for right...in other words, make them rotate around one another in your palm.
Do this over and over and over...you'll be able to do it wicked fast in a jiffy.
But here's the catch that makes it a great exercise:
Once you get good at it, try doing it in the opposite direction. Much harder.
It's really good for keeping your hands and fingers loose. Steve, if you have any residual effects from your scary paralysis episode, you might want to try this.
