Anyone that can play with you tommy can play. That I know.

Kids are kids and parents, well we feel like our kids aren't listening most of the time. In reality they do and they learn even our bad traits. Smart kids take the good and leave the bad.

Sharon's kids sound fine to me now that you spoke on the matter.

Thanks, guys - they are good kids. Nothing more than normal - "my parents can't be right because they are my parents stuff".
Not to totally hijack the thread, Tim's method of practice is sitting down either with iTunes or with tabs from the internet - he just works on it till it sounds right. And it usually does....quickly. It's fun to watch and listen, that's for sure!

just be glad you're not trying to learn any of ben's piano parts haha

Lucky for me the keyboard player has it down as well and were supposed to try it next practice. I wish I had a better distortion pedal though. All I have is a Boss hyper metal stomp box. But it was given to me so I cant complain I guess.

I've had similar problems trying to figure out stuff. Usually I get frustrated & move on to something else & go back to it later. A lot of times I'll get a half assed version down & as I hear things on the recording, I add the correct parts that I half assed. This was the case when I learned "The Real Me"......I learned it my own way & as I listened & listened, I started playing the parts properly.
