I feel your pain, had one last year, first time. All I can say is HOLY COW!!!!!!!!! You have never experienced pain until you have had one. I would hold onto the handle of my step machine. I thought I was going to bend the iron handle or crush it I was gripping it so hard. My doctor did give me a strainer so that's how I caught mine. I kept mine too but did not date it. I hope I never have to go through that again. Thanks for the tip, I'm going to start loading up on beer........

It's a metabolic problem. It doesn't mean that eating milk derivates will result in kidney stones per se. Maybe you're luckier than me.

Anyway, for anybody interested about knowing of the presence of kidney stones, it's very simple: Just take a partial urine test at any lab and look (or ask) if the results show blood traces. If so... welcome to the club!

my pops had one, i've never seen that man cry in my 26 years of exsistance, but dayum pain so strong he puked, there is natural stuff that breaks down the stone, but yes, i hope i never get one either, i hear lemonade is really good too for flushing kidney's
