I'm a PC user simply because that's all I've been using since the '90s. I can't afford new computers every so often, and I've never had major problems with my PCs.

I'm even a graphic designer who uses PCs!

:D Another section where I work hired a graphic designer, and they decided to get some Macs. Our IT section is freaking out because they're not sure how those Macs are going to work within our PC network.

In about 2 weeks the IT guys will forget how to hook a pc into the network after they see how easy the Mac gets along. :D

Ya'll make sure and get Vista. TK is wanting another bongo.:)

Been a PC user since the AOL 1.0 but I finally dumped AOL this month and am looking hard at this bad boy with dual displays (30" & 20")...muuahhhaaaaa

This P-4 is gumming up on me daily and I'm tired of it.

Not sure the physical video setup in mind but I'd recommend the 23" over the 20".

just curious... anyone on this forum bought the iphone yet? if so... is it really up to the hype?

Sorry, not interested in the iSuck . . . . or much of anything Apple for that matter . . . . .

But what I want to know, is since the MacroSuck boxes get viruses all the time, do Apple products get worms? :D :D :D :D

I'm a French Knucklehead
G4 Quicksilver for music, PC for the rest.
PC soon to be upgraded to Kubuntu, but yeah I know I should pick another G4 from eBay or so.
I never found a better OS than OS X, at least for me.

As a Seattle boy who maintained Microsoft's computers back in the late 70's, there's much I can tell you all. Suffice it to say, Psycho Ward nailed it with his Kay-pro computer running CP/M.

My first PC - Ohio Scientific C4P
8k ram
dual 8" floppies
CP/M O/S

I was hot sh!t.

pc's are our primary computers these days (due to the amount of work we do for Intel, M/S, Oracle, etc...). BP, I read all your dealings with M/S years ago and knew at that time you were "Da Man". In our case, we really can't bite the hand that feeds us.
