Good news at camp Piezo today,
I have an assessment scheduled next month for participation in an arm research program for stroke patients at the other, (and most progressive rehab hospital here in Vancouver),
which is very good news for me: the rehab hospital where I was last year has a good enough reputation, but it isn't known for being very progressive with younger clients, especially musicians who want to get back to regular life sooner than later.
so, today, Im all excited, and friday I have another peer mentor meeting and afternoon refreshments with a good friend (songwriter buddy) to plan our first round of hospital and care home entertainment gigsfor when I can get sum fingers wiggling again, poor lad, plays F****rs and Gibbys but I'm trying to steer him towards an Albert Leewe've already been asked to do a gig here at Ye Olde Folkes InnThe dollars ain't huge but the food's pretty fine
and, Thanx again YouZ'All for your patience and support since my crash
