Hi guys, so I've been borrowing a friend's Kinal 4 (with Lindy Fralin Js) for some rehearsals last week and he also lent me his Sadowsky Preamp/D.I. footpedal. Well, needless to say, the Kinal sounded like a Sadowsky(which is NOT a bad thing) but I was needing to use the Bongo on alot of the songs as well and was curious as to how it would fare with the Sadowsky pedal.... AMAZING! yes, the onboard eq is great but with the controls flat and going through the Sadowsky with some bass boost and a little treble boost, wow, sat really well with everything else. If you get a chance try out the Sadowsky, I think you might dig it. It still left the growl and gnarly-ness of the Bongo in there but added it's own flair as well.

cheers.

I've been thinking of picking up one of those for my Jazz bass, and I was wondering how it would sound with my Rays. If it sounds good with the Bongo, it should sound good with the Rays as well, I guess... Thanks for the info.
