Yeah, and I went from that to a Rickenbacker. Talk about a shocking difference.

Took me about 26 of my 27 bass playing years to make the Ric move...and about 2 weeks to trade it for a Ray...

...know what I mean, mang?

Ok, in Las vegas I found a band called Jaggedy Ann, and they were, well, girls and playing AC/DC-like stuff (Kind of like Cheetah, you remember?)
Something wrong with their instruments, though...

I'd take that EB-3 in a heartbeat. Jack? Look her up and see if she wants to work a trade deal for that Gibby on a EBMM.

It's not an EB-3. It's one of the new "SG" reissues. You can just make it out on the trussrod cover, plus there's no varitone switch :)

I haven't been paying attention to most Gibsons since about 1979...I've had many as you know...they just get sold for some reason...

I want a Rick James shirt.....

Andrew

A Rick James shirt would be cool. He was a faithful patron of the MusicMan Stingray sound, too. Just listen... Especially to his protege groups: Teena Marie, Mary Jane Girls. Stingray, Stingray, Stingray!!!:p
