not to long ago one of the forum members asked about painting a bass. hankSray produced a sort of mini guide to complete the task. i was intrigued by the idea and took it upon myself to repaint my bass. it's a squier p-bass that was formerly black. it is not white with a matching headstock. for a first time attempt at actually painiting something i dont think it came out to bad. its not perfect and its certainly not mm quality, but im pleased. i have pics that i need to get developed, and if someone would be kind enough to host them i would be happy to share.




oh, if this is deemed inapropriate for the forum, feel free to move or delete this thread. i wont be posting them in the picture gallery for sure, just givin everyone an update on the bass painting subject.

Damn, if I could host the pics I definatly would, Id love to see how ur bass came out though bro, email me if you dont have any luck gettin them up here

sweet! mucho gracias midopa. i do have some before pics. but they suck very much so. but youll get the general idea. i think i shall take some pics outside today, becuase it is a quite lovely day here. and that should finish off my roll, and illget em developed and sent to you and we can all see what it looks like.

yep. first time. not full blown mm paint quality, but for a first timer not bad. oh and much thanks goes to hankSray and his mini guide on how to paint.
