tomorrow, Apr 1, will make it one full year since I woke up and hit the floor one day, and it's a full year tonight since I held a beloved SR5 in my arms:(
so, one more time, BIG THANX again YouZ'All for helping me get through the last year and make it this far ... you are the absolute best friends and family a bass player could wish for, and, of course, extra special BIG THANX to BP and the Slohands for keeping the EBMM homefires burning and providing this wonderful place and community we call "HOME" ... you have no idea how warming and hopeful it felt to login over at rehab and restart feeling like I was still alive, after feeling the most absolute worst in my entire life ... but, enough of me whining ... tomorrow is another physio therapy session with my new hospital #1 therapist and with some luck and perseverance and hard work, more PzoLovin' is just down this long highway, but of course with all of you , here "on the wire" and with mySweetheart by my side, the journey is no longer lonesome:)
so, Thanx again, everybody, for your kind words and support and encouragement and prayers while I've been on recovery road:)
YouZ'All, are the absolute BESTUS, FRIENZ and FAMILY EVER!!!:)
All The Bass,
/PL:)

PZO,
you are an inspiration to me, my friend! The other day I was at rehearsal and the silly piano player's left hand was encroaching into my turf. I started getting upset and right then I thought of you! I thought about how it must feel to suddenly not be able to play anymore. Then I got really ashamed for feeling the way I did about this piano player. After all it was such a small thing in comparison!
God bless you, man!

Hey PZO, sorry I missed this the other day but better late than never I always say. Don't foget to take some credit for youself my friend. I think we all owe you a debt of gratitude for your display of perseverence and courage. To paraphrase what Carpe said, you help put things into persective.

Keep on keepin on!
