OT: w00t, drummer got new drums

My drummer got these a couple months ago,and I snapped a few shots at practice tonight. I know this is a bass forum, but these drums are amazing. I just wanted to show them to anyone interested.

Just for the record, I could have gotten 3 or 4 StingRay 5s for the price of the dang kit.

Nice set. I really like the black hoops and lugs with that color.

DWs aren't cheap, but they're worth it. A friend of mine has that setup in amber.

The drummer I use to play with is dreaming about a DW set ! Astonishing drums and pricy.

As a bassist I care much about what the drummer is playing and of course on what its played. For the moment its Tama ; good drums also.

I have two drummers ( different lineups) that use DW's. They are nice . Another drummer I play with brought a bunch of drum porn to a gig last weekend and it looks like he is going for some custom made Yamaha stuff. 24 in kick -ouch.
Drummist gas is every bit as bad as what we get.
