I didn't hang around to find out WTF happened...I was more concerned about getting all my stuff safely back to the car...but the owner stopped me on the way out and said he liked what he heard, and "when can we get you boys back in here?" :)

The bottom line is we have to get our own PA...we've been lucky that most of our gigs so far have had a PA provided by the promoters, but if we're going to be gigging clubs more regularly (we just got a booking agent last week), we're going to have to bite the bullet!

Don't be shoutin that out. You could destroy the asshats more than a kick in the nads. Especially since you quoted me.

Alls I know is if I go to another church to play (for free) and they tell me to turn down, I'm leaving :p I just get really tired of it, they must hate bass. Remember, we're using the PAS so we control our volume pretty darn well.

But back to your situation, that is just nuts! Hah like they couldn't write down their settings? Wasn't it even their sound guy who was making the changes for you?
