Here you go.

In Case

Scroll down a ways and you'll find the guitar and bass bags. I've heard great things about them as well.

Being a Mac Geek, I've seen their laptop bags and they're pretty nicely made. If you happen to have a Bongo 5, not a lot of bags will fit; not sure about theirs though.

I have a leather double bag from The Low End and it works really well - but strangely enough the Bongo 5 fits in the top but is a little tight in the bottom compartment.

It's true that the Bongo5 is not easy to fit in a gigbag..Being regularly out with her, I must say that i find the softcase more convenient :) heard any softcase model that could do it nice? anyone?

I always put my Sr5's in a good canvas gigbag by Levy. (those are a little bit more expensive) I have mine for 6 or 7 years and it's still looking very good and no holes in the bottom (straplocks)
Not using 1 when I'm gigging and the stuff has to go in a truck or van though.
1 flightcase on the bass and it's goodbye neck. :(

always try to keep your bass with you and not in the back of a truck/van/trailer if it's in anything but a full flight case.

i have the incase single bass bag. the bongo 5 fits snugly in there. the SR5 fits great. i had some wear-and-tear issues with the large shoulder strap that Incase took care of under the 1 year warranty by replacing it with a new one. i only paid shipping back to Incase. so if you have the space, i'd keep the box it came in... at least until the warranty expires.

Another option of soft cases / bags is Ritter. They have lots of interesting options and are lightweight and good to carry. Out guitarist loves them. I currently have a Lakland dual bass bag, but will eventually switch to Ritter.
