I don't think anyone is going to mistake it for a real Musicman. It's about as similar to to Les Paul as an Axis.

I COULD be a great guitar though for all I know!

A post with great humor got to love it saw that thing on the evil bay listed as a music man and thought what the fing beagle, oh wait thats me, actually have to go with F UGGLY but trust me some one with out a clue will buy it thinking they got a EBMM thats why it is the evil bay!:eek:

Probably not, however I'm sure it can be enforced that in its "likeness" it is not representing a quality brand in any shape or form, therefore defemating the brand! :cool:

It probably is a violation of E-Bay rules to use the EBMM name in the listing, but that thing is so obvioulsy not an EBMM that there is no trademark infringment issue.

Yeah, I don't think anyone would have a problem distinguishing that THING from a real EB/MM...
 
btw, what is mohagany ..... am assuming it must be a variation on a wood type:rolleyes:
