No problem with the hijack BP, I'm all for everyone posting and enjoying themselves. The 30th played and sounded great at practice last night. We are a cover band so we cover a lot of ground as far as song selection and the performance of the Stingray shined on them all. I'm not sure why some people think the single pickup can't perform in any situation. Maybe they don't like adjusting the controls? Anyway, we ran through about a half a dozen songs and I asked the guys what they thought of the tone. Before I give my guitarists answer, please do not be offended if you own other brands because I have also. Joey says " I just thought what a ****ing dumbass you and other bassists are for spending 3-5 thousand dollars for a bass when that one sounds better." So in closing, BP, your basses have the blessing and official endorsement of an Alabama Guitard.
