i just wanted to say thanks to dan and everyone else at customer service that go the extra 100 miles for us. i recently got a dargie jp7 and all was well for a week. i later found a huge crack in at the back end of the case and a piece of the plastic was missing, and the latches didnt line up properly. human error or not (apparently left the dealer in perfect shape, which i trust, coulda been me, i honestly cannot recall), no questions were asked, new case was sent. thanks so much guys.
a couple other incidents that were handled with the utmost (insert praising word of your choice).
on my first JP, one the of the piezo saddles was fried somehow. was sent a replacement on a rush order, at no cost.
one of the rubber grommets broke off my knob, was also sent a free new one. WITH STICKERS!!!!
its service like this that makes me look past the inconveniences these issues cause. kudos to EBMM
