It was a general statement... so WOULD the MSRP for a Rosewood be higher than the MSRP of a (i hate to use this terem) "NORMAL" AXIS.

Rosewood Axis and Axis Super Sports have the same List Price as regular Axis and Axis Super Sports.

I didn't pick it, but if I was limited to the 3 you had as choices, then I'd go with the Trans. Gold.
I think the Axii look great in pretty much all the colours. You cannot go wrong.

If I was personally ordering one, I'd go with tobacco burst or honey burst or cherry burst or black or blue burst or vintage burst or grapphite pearl.....

Had to get some work done to the car and had to lay aside more scratch.

I have cash set aside now and will be ordering it factory made at the end of this month with premium top.

I really havent decided yet. I really like the trans colours, however I really would like to see the colours in person as images do not really do justice. Unfortunately there are no Axis at any guitar shops in town (Vancouver). The store I deal with has several throughout Canada but I don't want to ask them to ship over a few just so I can look at them and not end up buying them.

I would like to compare trans gold with trans orange.

BTW does the mfg department know who the guitar is being made for ? ie. end customer name or just retailer.

the rosewood is class, but i still love my trans orange...it is so different. (see pic on "new boy in town" thread)
