Hi, everybody!

So, I'm leaving for the holiday, going up to my brother's for a few days, and I've been walking through the house, taking each instrument off its stand or wall hanger (except for a little semi-hollowbody I'm taking with me, sans amp). No sense leaving where people can see 'em if they peak through the window!)

So I play a cheesy little lick on each one before I pack it away in its case, and it strikes me that the instrument I am most thankful for this year is the one from SLO! :D

So, a safe and happy Thanksgiving to all you at EBMM out there on the left coast and all you forumites here online!

Mazaltov!

Nick - I share your pain!

Heading to Lexington in the morning for a long Thanksgiving holiday - with no bass! :(

Oh, no doubt, man! The semi-hollow I'm bringing is of the, uh "six string picolo" variety if you get my drift. More entertaining for the young ones. But you know, as soon as I get back, the first thing I'm gonna turn on after the lights is the Ampeg, and then it's "Sterling Time".

You and Shamus63 have good one. Take care!

I'm off to my in-laws in Vermont for the holiday tomorrow am.
Tonight I gave serious thought to packing & storing one of my basses
up there and perhaps another @ my folks place in Virginia. This
in the hopes that I would alter my wife's perception that I own
too many basses & I would be able to procure one or two more
for our home in NJ :D

And I would actually look forward to future visits w/the in-laws if I
did this . . . but I couldn't decide which bass to banish

Have a good Thanksgiving everyone.

BTW, Earl was great tonight :p

Have a great Thanksgiving, everybody! And be safe on the road. We'll be hanging out close to the house (our immediate families live within 30 or 40 miles of us).

Off to the in-laws tomorrow morning for the day (200 miles round-trip).
