Have you ever browsed the small bottles of brush-on touch-up paint in the auto supply store? Nothing is ever a dead match, but you can often get so close no one will ever notice [except at trade-in time, of course...].

Johans. Ive had to touch up matching headstocks and body dings before. Im very careful with my gear, and it doesnt get dinged too often, but Ill tell you what I do. Wether or not you like the idea is up to you.

My sister has a Crayola marker kit with about 100 colors. For small dings, Ive just gotten the closest color, and used the marker to fill in the ding. It dont look like no factory job, but if you get the color close enough, you cant see if from more than 5 feet away.

I had a Hamer Cruise 5 that I bought NOS, and week after I had it, I whacked the non-matching headstock into something taking a hunk of wood out. After I got over feeling sick about it and listening to my friends tell me it was mojo so don't worry about it, I took it to the local repair wizard. He charged me $50 and while it was certainly noticeable, it sure looked pretty damned good. Matching paint is probably the biggest issue to worry about.
