Anyone else intrigued by that Stingray, hanging on the wall, seen on various Pawn Stars episodes? Would love to see someone buying it, someday, because it looks like decoration for the store... :-(Captura de pantalla 2026-06-06 114608.pngCaptura de pantalla 2026-06-06 114622.png

Silverburst? Only thing I can find is a Sterling by Music Man Ray 34 but I have no idea when it came out. There is a current DarkRay in silverburst but that has black hardware. And there was a short scale StingRay in solverburst but that looks like it's full scale. I can't rule out older MM StingRay but I can't find any.

Surely looks like it. Thank you, just a Sterling By, so I won't loose my sleep any more, lol...thank you!

In general, a pawn shops regular merchandise is verrrry seldom primo stuff. If anything really good comes in they know who to call to sell it immediately. They sometimes make such a call in the process of taking it in. And, they know their way around ebay as well.

Mistakes can occur. For example, if someone showed up with an SLO Sterling, the "Sterling or Sterling" error could occur, where they pay the only for an import Sterling and then price it too low, never knowing about SLO Sterlings. But mostly, pawn brokers know their bidnez very well.
