Matt, will this bass have frets? If so do you know what they are used for on a bass? JOSH

LOL, I figured I should learn at some point...... They're like those little white lines that some people like to put on their fretlesses right?

I went fretted this time because:

A) Two parts of the package are really only special to fretted basses. The stainless steel frets and the Pau Ferro fretboard. The board is standard on a fretless and well dare I say it, there aren't any frets.

....and more importantly.

B) I missed the pre order window and dealers rarely buy blank planks for stock.

My next bass will be a FL though. :)

We should be seeing them within 2 months.

I keep looking at the picture of the flyer on my desktop.

If I was to buy one it would be a stingray 4 SLO maple board (Pickups)HS. Body color not sure black, gold. This is if my money tree would ever bloom! ;(

Still dying to see some factory work-in-progress pics of these beauties!! In the meantime I found this on a post on the guitar side - A YouTube video from Musikmesse showing the PDN 2012 Honeyburst models.

Honey Roasted Goodness

Enjoy. :)

I'm considering putting a clear pg on my PDN Hogbongo to show off more of that Honeyburst finish.

Question:

Premier Dealership Network is not available in my country, so I wonder, just for an example, if I decide in the near future to order one of exclusive EBMM basses, ...how to do that?

Could I do that by contacting my regular domestic EBMM dealer?

Keko,

I could be wrong but I believe the only way a person outside of the U.S. can get one of those basses is to way a year and get left over stock becfore they are allowed to be sold outside of the United States. I could be wrong on that but I'm thinking that is the only way. You may want to contact EBMM customer service and make sure though.

Thanks JayDawg,

I'm still considering a Bongo, but I'd like to wait for a possible 10th Anniversary model, ...so I'll wait and if something shows up, than I'll contact CS!
