Apparently someone quickly tired of their new PDN Emerald Green Sparkle Axis and let Guitar Center have it. Asked a rep there to email me a picture and after receiving his email could not resist telling him to send it to me!

That was quick. Glad you picked it up. ebmm did an excellent job with the metal flake paint on this series.

Yeah, I'm pretty excited, been looking for a new Axis for a while. I wasn't excited or liquid enough to pull the trigger on the original offering, but second hand, and with a small GC discount, figured that it was worth checking out. I was able to match up the flame streaks on the neck and pretty much confirm that it's this same one that AJ posted a picture of back in July.

Not sure, I haven't received it yet. I'm thinking it is going to be a little darker than the pictures make it seem, just needs some light to brighten it up.

Got her today and am very pleased. The finish can be subtle or brash depending on the angle, but not garish or over overstated. Of course it plays just like an Axis should. Another nice guitar from EBMM, as usual.
