Its been a good weekend for me, spreading the EBMM love!!!
Firstly did a gig on Friday with a local band called Roadhouse. I was covering the regular guitar player who was away on holiday. As it turned out ,it was a great gig! But made even better by some bloke coming up to me to ask me about my Axis. It turned out he had an ASS with MM90's Piezo and rosewood board! I congratulated him on his choice! (get more play time than my other guitars he said!)
Then on Sunday, I went to the jam session in Twickenham at the Red Lion. The house guitarist was impressed with my tone, and seemed pretty impressed with my Axis too. So I gave him it to play for the last few numbers... He loved it! He said it felt like 'his guitar'!!!! Lets hope he makes the switch from the Strat he normally plays!
Then a freind of mine, a lefty, had a go with it. Playing it upside down (don't fear viewers, he does this all the time!) And he says he needs to get a lefty Axis!
