Peter Gabriel (Tony Levin) concert of the new tour...
Hi All.
Last night I've been to the concert of the new tour of Peter Gabriel, based on the internet forum wish list for the set list.
here is what we've heard on the market square (Piazza Grande) in Locarno (Southern Switzerland, Ticino):
Rhythm Of The Heat
On The Air
Intruder
DIY
Steam
Blood Of Eden
No Self Control
Solsbury Hill
Mother Of Violence
Family Snapshot
Big Time
Lay Your Hands On Me
Secret World
Signal To Noise
encore one:
Sledgehammer
In Your Eyes
encore two:
Biko
As usual Tony Levin was anazing: 3 EBMM basses (one 4 string StingRay, two 5 string Stingrays), Chapman Stick, electric upright 5 string bass, Access Virus keyboard for some special bass frequencies and... anti-mosquito spray...!!!
If anyone is in doubt to vist one of those shows of this new tour: one of the very best shows I've ever seen (of a few hundred), plain rock band playing excellent music!!!!!!
It was a dream!
