Sorry to disappear Pete--I work in the Marine industry(Sea Ray dealer) and I got a rare opportunity to take a friday off---so I grabbed a weekend roadtrip to unwind. I was in the vicinity of a certain large oval racetrack this weekend--but thats all I'm divulging--and oh yeah----it rained!!

Were you by chance on a Richard Petty Driving Experience? A drag having to stay behind the pace car but very cool to drive, nonetheless! :D

no ---I was at Indy----but I have done the F3000 school at Pocono with Bertil Roos. Doin the banking at 100-110 in an open wheel car is a trip. Race cars are my other addiction----a close second to music. Oh yeah--vintage bikes too---just sold off my last Triumph last fall.
