Hi everyone,
I have just replaced the piezo pick ups on a Petrucci Majesty for a client and the levels are all over the place...especially the D and top E strings (much quieter.)
i was very careful with the colour coding and convinced the saddles are correctly installed.
Strings: Ernie Ball 10 -46,
Tuning half step down.
Action is great, .75 treble and 1.25 bass at 13 th fret with capo at first fret.
Trem is floating and nicely balanced.
Altering the treble and Bass controls on the back did boost the top E a little, but the D is way too low in volume.
Any hints?
