Phillip Bynoe banging on his Bongo!

I normally hang over in the skinny string section of the forum, but pluck some steel cable myself and had to jump over here and say how much I enjoyed seeing Phillip Bynoe with Steve Vai on Saturday night in Bloomington, Illinois.

Bynoe played three different basses - all 6-string Bongos - and had it GOING ON!

Great artist - head's up he's on tour - catch him if you can!!!

Yes! The Bongo 6 is amazing. I just picked one up.

I saw him play with Steve Vai in Knoxville, Steve was probably the best guitarist I have ever seen.

(oh yea, Phillip Bynoe was good too! excuuuuuuse me, I'm a guitarist! hahahahahaha)
