I bet a triple hum would look good though  It would be better if it was BLACKBURST ;) :D

BTW Dean - that first pic is VERY cool, desktop wallpaper.

a two HB luke would be right for me. i don´t like the middle single coil, because i hit it every time with the pick.

I like that Luke in twin bucker dress too. I too find myself hitting the middle single coil in a HSS guitar. Just yesterday I was playing my Silo Spec'd Sub and noticed where I like to place my pick was right over the middle single coil. I'm going to try to change that and start picking inbetween the pups.

hey browndog i dont get what you mean?? the 20th silo is HH the bfr JP is HH ?

Those are both 24 fret guitars so the humbuckers are two frets closer to one another.

The BP AL pulls off the HH though. Wonder if that will be offered in Stealth..... That would be a metal monster for you. Ebony board, black hardware, HH, flat black paint, and some great angles!

No doubt! That would be pretty tight.

I like the HSH. You could never do an HH on a figured top because of the hole you would leave between pick ups.

I think he is referring to doing a conversion. You can route an existing Luke to an HSH and it would look fine, but an existing Luke would have a hole left between the humbuckers from where the single used to be.

This is what I meant to say. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks Stratty
