Pickguard colors for DD2

Ok just looking for some opinions, what color pickguard would look good on the DD2 color.

I hate plain black and plain white, i have my ideas just looking for others thoughts

DD2 green is a tough color to pair with a pg. I just looked at yours and then hit the pick guard site for a looksee. Pearl white is too loud, pearl black maybe.
you might have to change the knobs and pu covers to help? or leave it alone.

Tough one, Fing. I'll have to think about it. I have had the same debate with my 2008 LE. I don't hate the black PG, but it's a tad boring.

I'd get a custom Gold Mirrored guard.

There i makes this place Keith that makes a black smokey color that I think would look dynamite on a DD2.

Thanks guys, I have a few pickguards laying around to do a comparison with, while none of them are HSH give me some thing to look at.

Hate was a strong word, just not a fan of plain black or white and black shows pick marks and swrils so easy plus harder to keep clean.

I am most likely going to get a couple to interchange with. Stay tuned

+1 for safron. it looks the most like caramel tones in the finish.
